CLARA OBERWINKLER – MASTER STUDENT
PHOTO-2025-03-06-12-27-35_edited_edited.png

What brought me here?

My scientific interest grew during high school and gradually specialized in chemistry, organic chemistry, and green chemistry. I am very grateful that for my Master's thesis, I can work in the field of boronic acid organocatalysis.

What makes me happy?

Spending time with my family and friends makes me the happiest. I enjoy doing outdoor sports like running, cycling, and inline skating, especially in groups or with friends. Creativity is also very important to me, be it through handcrafting or designing my own clothing.

What is my current smartphone background? Why?

It is a picture of an autumn forest on a sunny day in my hometown, Marburg. I really like the colors, and it reminds me of my family and the walks and hikes we always take together.
